Canyons offers a diverse menu ranging from classic burgers and sandwiches to Southwestern specialties and a range of platters. Many items to accommodate vegetarians include a variety of soups and salads, our veggie burger topped with our own housemade sundried tomato spread, black beans and rice, burritos, chimichangas and more. Enjoy a sampling of our finger foods or a deli sandwich at the bar, a casual lunch or dinner on our deck complete with a delicious view of Linville Gorge, or take a table in our cozy dining room.

We have all ABC permits and offer a wide variety of beers, wines and your favorite mixed beverages.

Although our dinner specials rival what you might find in a fine dining restaurant, you can always come as you are... we're casual! Our Chef's Specials for lunch or dinner change daily, so be sure to ask your server about the culinary creation of the day.

Families with children and large groups are always welcome. Choose from five entrees from our affordable children's menu for youngsters 9 and under.

Top it all off with one of our decadent desserts including our own sinfully delicious Chocolate Enchilada, Darby Pie, or specialty cheesecake.
